Annual alcohol sales of $500,000 or less.
Closes by 2:00 AM on all nights.
Formal Alcohol Awareness Training for alcohol-serving employees.
No liquor-related losses in the past 5 years.
No citations/violations in the past 5 years.
No (or incidental) entertainment.
Annual premium under $10,000.

Risks With Next Highest Hit Ratio!

Includes all of the above characteristics except where amended below -

Risks featuring entertainment.
Annual alcohol sales greater than $500,000.
Moderate Drink Specials or Happy Hours.
No more than 2 losses (provided applicant has at least 5 years in business and has taken appropriate preventative measures)
No more than 2 citations/violations.
Risks that close after 2:00 AM provided no special license is required.
Miscellaneous operations (i.e., BYOB establishments, Off-premises caterers, Concessionaires, Importers, Vineyards, Breweries, etc.).
Risks generating a premium over $10,000.
