  • Less than 3 years in operation.
  • The following classes: auto dealers*, consultants, property managers*, insurance agents*, assisted living, country clubs*, non-residential cooperatives, low technology, executive search firm.

Program Limits & Retentions


  • Up to $5,000,000 per coverage part providing that the EPL limit may not exceed the D&O limit.
