- 201 to 500 employees.
- Shareholders deficit or operating losses.
- 1 or 2 directors and officers or employment practice claims or incident in the past 5 years.
- Less than 3 years in operation.
- The following classes: auto dealers*, consultants, property managers*, insurance agents*, assisted living, country clubs*, non-residential cooperatives, low technology, executive search firm.
- Classes that are not listed in this guide.
