FastApp is application software designed by JHA as a courtesy to our agents. This software will enable you to complete, save and print the JHA Homeowners, Excess Flood and PAF applications. Completion of an application is not a guarantee of risk acceptance by JHA and/or any of it's markets. Coverage/limit options are for convenience purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available and generally will be offered as Optional Coverages when JHA releases quote terms. Typically, our Personal Lines markets will not accept Acord applications.
Getting Started with FastApp.
Download the appropriate JHA
FastApp program.
After the download is complete, follow the simple and easy on-screen instructions.
Saving Agency Information
You will need to setup the Agency Information before you can start using
FastApp, or if the Agency Information has changed. The first time you start
FastApp, a message will prompt you to complete the Agency Information.
Fill out all fields completely. The default directory should look similar to the following (C:\jha\) where "C" is the desired drive you would like to save to. (Please note: if the desired drive is a network drive, you will need to run the install on all PC's in order to install local files and images.) Once you have completed this step, click the "Save" button on the toolbar to save.
Adding a new application
Click the "Add" button on the toolbar. Complete all fields. (Note: Required fields must be completed in order to save.)
Find an existing application
Click the "Find" button on the toolbar. The "Find" dialog will appear. Choose the desired application and click "OK". If any changes are made, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
